I constructed a homemade vacuum former to create visors for various ski and cosplay helmets. Using simple materials such as wood for the frame, a shop vacuum for creating a suction effect, an oven for heating purposes, and plastic sheets for moulding, I developed a tool to begin making these lens prototypes. This project highlights my commitment to innovation, demonstrating how limitations can foster creativity and lead to versatile manufacturing solutions.
